Characeter: It is white to colorless crstals,odorless, tastes cool and salty. Mesh size:10-40 coarse granular or 30-100 fine granular. Sodium citrate easy soluble in water and glycerol, Insoluble in alcohol and other organic solvents.
Usage: It used as acidity regulator, flavor agent and stabilizer in food and beverage industry. Used as an anticoagulant ,phlegm dispersant and diuretic in the pharmaceutical industry. It can substitute sodium tripolyphosphate in detergent industry as the non-toxic detergent additive. It is also can be used for brewing injection,photographic medicine, electroplating and so on.
